Counselling Co-Ordinator

Join Waythrough, a leading mental health and social support charity, as a Counselling Co-ordinator. This role involves line management of counsellors, quality assurance, and day-to-day operations. You will contribute to the delivery of holistic and comprehensive alcohol treatment, ensuring high-quality treatment planning and effective service delivery across pathways.

Requirements

• Recognised diploma or degree in counselling/psychotherapy/counselling psychology/systemic psychotherapy
• Membership of and accredited/registered with BACP/UKCP/BPC/BPS or equivalent
• Extensive post-qualification clinical experience
• Experience of working with service users in the substance misuse field
• Ability to deputise for the Service Manager
• Understanding of safeguarding, boundaries, and confidentiality
