Recovery Coordinator

We are looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join our Forward Leeds Active Recovery team supporting people whose primary substance is heroin. The role involves managing a caseload, facilitating and promoting progression into structured treatment, and contributing to reducing substance-related harm to individuals and the wider community.

Requirements

• Experience working in substance misuse, mental health or criminal justice
• Exceptional understanding and ability to implement interventions, including brief interventions MI, PSIs, CBT, and ITEP
• Experience in delivering 1-2-1 and group therapeutic interventions
