Requirements
- Experience within substance misuse, recovery support or a similar type of role
- Compassion and kindness to provide effective support and care to service users
- Resilience to handle challenging situations and maintain a positive outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines
