Job Description
Richmond National is seeking an Underwriter to join their Excess Casualty Division. The successful candidate will have experience in insurance underwriting, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to effectively engage in negotiation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relative experience
- 2+ years of insurance underwriting experience. E&S experience is a plus
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Understanding and ability to effectively engage in the negotiation process
- Detail oriented with a drive for success and the ability to collaborate effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced knowledge of computer programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
