Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT project management
• Fluency in Estonian and English (at least B1 level)
• Deep understanding of technical solutions, particularly in web applications and embedded systems
• Experience working with product owners and analysts
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience in public transportation tech (fare collection systems, intelligent transportation systems)
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
