Job Description
RLB is looking for a Fire Safety Consultant to join their Building Surveying team. This role involves managing surveys, designing solutions, providing advice to clients and overseeing projects. Requirements
- Carry out assigned duties efficiently and in accordance with processes.
- Comply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies.
- Take personal responsibility for compliance with Environmental, Health, safety, Security and Quality Standards.
- Proactively deliver value for money
- Professional Skills: To undertake fire risk assessments across a variety of property types.
- Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation
- Experience of undertaking Fire Risk Assessments
- Strong technical delivery experience
- Able to successfully lead on and manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
- Client facing, ensuring high standards of technical delivery
- Strong track record in management of projects
