Board Certified Behavior Analyst

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIORAL COUNSELOR! The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral interventions for clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Proven track record of developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments
• Familiarity with working in diverse settings, including schools, clinics, or in-home services
