Job Description
JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN INTAKE CLINICIAN! The Intake Call Center Specialist is responsible for receiving, scheduling, and/or referring inquiry calls, assisting with coordinating assessments and initiating paperwork and insurance information, and ensuring a smooth transition into the admission process.
Requirements
- High School Degree or equivalent preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant preferred, or Behavior Health Certification
- One year of related experience
- Valid driver's license in the applicable state
- Successful completion of CPR/ First Aid certification and CPI training within 90 days of employment
