As an Active Sourcing / Headhunter, you will identify suitable candidates through various platforms, use modern sourcing techniques, and write convincing outreach messages to lead candidates through the process. You will analyze role profiles, develop search strategies, and recognize talent pools. Your goal is to achieve maximum response, high quality, and a professional appearance on behalf of our clients.

Requirements

• Professional experience in recruiting, active sourcing, or headhunting, preferably in a digital or sales-oriented environment.
• Safe handling of LinkedIn, Boolean search, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication, text security, and a knack for personal but professional approach.
• Very good German knowledge in word and writing.
