Job Description
RIFT is an R&D-driven startup focused on developing Iron Fuel Technology. We are looking for a driven Project Manager R&D to join our team as we move toward commercialization.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or R&D setting.
- Have experience managing R&D projects, including budgeting and risk management.
- Are strong in communication and can work effectively with both internal and external teams.
- Demonstrate leadership and can deliver results both independently and in a team.
- Work in an organized way, efficiently coordinating projects while contributing to building knowledge for scaling up.
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
