Job Description
Rigetti Computing is seeking a Supply Chain Lead to manage the end-to-end supply chain for advanced quantum hardware, including sourcing, logistics, and partner relationships. The role involves developing supply chain strategies, optimizing costs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. It requires navigating a nascent supply base and building robust supply chains in high-technology environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Physics, or related field.
- 8–12+ years of experience in a high-tech, manufacturing, aerospace, or similar supply chain.
- Proven success managing supply chains for precision and specialized subsystems.
- Strong supplier negotiation, contract management, and supplier development skills.
- Experience with global sourcing, import/export compliance, logistics, and customs.
- Analytical, modeling, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
