Campaign Coordinator

The Campaign Coordinator role involves facilitating daily team huddles, coordinating campaign delivery, and managing campaign calendars. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with experience in campaign or project management and client-facing communications.

Requirements

• Flexible to work in sync with AUSTRALIA time zones.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
• Open to feedback and motivated to keep improving.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Experience with ClickUp (or similar), G-Suite, Meta Business Manager, Shopify.
• Solid background in Campaign or Project Management and Client-Facing Communications.
• Intermediate understanding of eCommerce advertising & multi-channel marketing (Meta, Google, Email, TikTok).
