Job Description
Right Hook Digital is seeking a Lead Strategist to drive profit-first growth through expert strategy, creativity, and leadership for ambitious brands. This role will focus on building brand growth, scaling profitability, and leveraging Growth Marketing OS. The company prioritizes quality over quantity and values a team-oriented, client-focused approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of eCommerce Paid Social strategy experience (DTC experience a plus).
- Proven success driving results with $40k+/month ad budgets.
- Marketing expertise in creative strategy, data analysis, and fundamentals.
- Top-notch communication skills and client-centered mindset.
- Natural leadership and team player.
- Bachelor’s degree required
