Job Description
RightSite is a company that helps EMS agencies use their crews and units effectively by partnering with them directly and through dispatch to support real-time clinical decision-making for non-emergent patients. As the EMS Partner Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and effectiveness of these partnerships, building durable relationships with EMS leadership, and driving adoption and utilization of RightSite's services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience working with EMS, public safety agencies, healthcare services, or related fields
- Strong understanding of EMS operations, public-sector environments, and value-based care concepts
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with public safety stakeholders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-through
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Implementation, Clinical, and Product teams
