Rightsline is seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute data-driven ABM campaigns that target strategic and enterprise value accounts across our global footprint. As the ABM Manager, you will be pivotal in orchestrating 1:1 and 1:few ABM playbooks and campaigns, working in close partnership with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, sales, solution engineering, customer success and SDRs to ensure seamless execution and measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- Develop and implement targeted ABM strategies to drive engagement, pipeline, and bookings for key accounts, using both acquisition and expansion approaches.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts in collaboration with sales and external ABM marketing agency, tailoring campaigns across 1:1 and 1:few frameworks.
- Lead the execution of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital ads, webinars, and content syndication, and partner with our regional sales and SDR teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build, develop and create compelling, account-specific content, assets, and creative design that resonate with key personas, including revenue operations leaders, sales leadership, and C-level executives.
- Align closely with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, build effective sales enablement materials, and track the progression of accounts through the funnel.
- Own ABM performance reporting by monitoring KPIs such as engagement, pipeline generation, deal velocity, and revenue impact, with continuous optimization to improve results.
- Leverage ABM platforms (i.e. 6Sense/Marketo, HubSpot ), marketing automation, and CRM tools (Salesforce) to track campaign success, provide insights, and iterate on strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging ABM technologies to refine and enhance the ABM playbook.
