Delivery Lead

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing software projects, creating project plans, and ensuring successful implementation and advancement projects for our rapidly growing customer base. The role will be responsible for managing relationships directly with customers, creating project plans, and ensuring that all deliverables of each project are current and met by the implementation team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience of managing software projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Project Management Certifications are preferred, but not required.
• An understanding of rights and royalties management preferred, but not required.
