Job Description
Service Advisor for a full-time position in South Saint Paul, MN, responsible for coordinating customer repairs, scheduling service work, and providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Schedules service work for efficient and productive work outcomes
- Documents accurate description of customer complaints
- Creates and communicates estimates cost and time to repair to customer
