Job Description
The Company Secretary will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating board meetings, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, drafting and filing statutory documents, and maintaining corporate records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field
- Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with a membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
- 3+ years of experience as a company secretary or a similar role in corporate governance and compliance
