RingCentral is seeking an experienced technical specialist to drive the support and continuous improvement of our analytics and big data platforms.
Requirements
- Manage and support Hadoop production clusters
- Support analytics platforms based on Spark clusters, Airflow workflow management system, Tableau visualization platform
- Participate in on-duty rotations, work on production incidents from triage to resolution
- Continuously seek ways to optimize time spent on maintenance activities and automate routine tasks
- Take part in implementation of proactive monitoring, alerting, trend analysis and self-healing systems
