Riot Hospitality Group is looking for a Server to join their team at Hand Cup Chophouse Scottsdale. The ideal candidate will assist guests with food and beverage orders, provide excellent hospitality experience, and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
- Assist guests' with food and beverage orders.
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of service station before, during, and after shift.
- Deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record the guests’ orders, and up-sell when applicable.
- Assists other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and stress.
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members.
- Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures.
- Necessary food and alcohol certifications.
