Director, Security

Riot Platforms, Inc. is seeking a Director, Security to provide proactive leadership and expertise for a comprehensive security program across the enterprise, including data centers, critical infrastructure, and high-value sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• 15+ years of combined investigative law enforcement, government, security management, and threat assessment experience.
• Experience overseeing security for data centers or other critical infrastructure facilities is strongly preferred.
• Multidisciplinary experience: quantifiable experience working in or around another industry - education, hospitality, law, business, etc.
• 5+ years previous board or organizational experience, professional or volunteer.

Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Base salary range $150,000 - $180,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus + sign-on equity grant.
