Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software development and architecture experience
- Last 3+ years in Rust
- Experience with transactional systems (payments/banking/e-commerce)
- Experience with cloud native applications on AWS or Azure
- Experience in Agile development, robust software design, scalability, availability, and security
