Staff Software Engineer, Financial Crimes

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will define the architectural vision for the platform where every customer journey begins, leading the strategic initiative to decouple complex business logic from Salesforce and designing a robust, cloud-native service architecture from the ground up.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, with deep expertise in Java, Kotlin, or Go
• Proven success acting as a system designer for large-scale migrations, specifically unwinding monoliths into service-oriented architectures
• Ability to navigate deep ambiguity, anticipating technical risks and bottlenecks before they impact delivery
• Strong influence and leadership skills, capable of driving consensus on complex technical trade-offs with stakeholders across the company
