Senior Product Marketing Manager, HR (Hybrid based in SF or NY)

Rippling is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help drive growth and retention across its unified platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling cross-sell plays, creating value-delivery assets, and ensuring Account Managers are equipped to deliver value in every meeting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM role in B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to translate customer insights and signals into compelling narratives and sales plays
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Results-oriented and evidence-driven
• A creative spark
• Willingness to work in-office at least 3 days a week
