Rippling is building a modern multi-sided marketplace for benefits products. The Staff Software Engineer will architect a configurable benefits platform and unify fragmented systems across regions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Technical expertise in developing complex, distributed services using languages such as Python, Golang, or Java
- Cloud experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms (bonus)
- Commitment to owning the product lifecycle and solving real-world problems for customers
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep commitment to customer impact
