Job Description
The Assistant Residential Manager will oversee the successful operation of the Individualized Residential Alternative/Intensive Care Facility, providing training, direction, and supervision to staff and ensuring the well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Requirements
- Ability to problem solve, multi-task, and conduct research
- Flexible schedule with availability to deploy to the site, as needed
- Effectiveness in handling crisis situations, deploying resources, and communicating effectively
- Ability to exercise sound judgement
- Ability to keep up with a multitude of emails via Microsoft Outlook
- Effectively manage time, organize workspace, demonstrate proactive planning/prioritize to accomplish responsibilities
- Establish and maintain professional, interpersonal relationships
