Job Description
Rising Academies is looking for a School Leader to join their private schools in Ghana. The School Leader will create safe, values-driven schools where strong culture, excellent teaching, and high performing teams drive student success. The role involves managing teaching and non-teaching staff, supporting teachers, and ensuring effective execution of Positive Behaviors for Learning techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of classroom teaching experience, ideally in primary or lower-secondary settings.
- Experience (at least 1 year) as a School Leader, Administrator or as an Assistant is a plus.
- Solid understanding of curriculum planning, formative assessment, and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with data-driven instructional models or willingness to learn our School Vitals/Bambai systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education/Teaching is preferred.
