Job Description
The Site Superintendent is responsible for managing and overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring project construction is executed effectively and within budget. This role involves leading a crew, submitting timesheets, liaising with the client and project manager, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The Site Superintendent should also be a liaison and mentor for the project team.
Requirements
- Journeyperson Electrician designation or 10 years experience in HV construction
- In-depth knowledge of the National Electrical Code and Occupational Safety and Health regulations
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
- 5-7 years of experience in the construction industry
- Experience in medium to high-voltage substation construction
- Knowledge of various construction disciplines
- Experience in construction software, project scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to travel to sites as required
