Job Description
The Field Engineer will oversee construction projects from the ground up, collaborating with Project Managers, Quality Officers, Safety, and subcontractors. This role focuses on ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications. It’s a shift-based position requiring a detail-oriented and proactive individual.
Requirements
- Provide technical support during construction, ensuring compliance with project designs and specifications.
- Review and interpret project drawings and specifications, offering feedback as necessary.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure proper execution of project tasks.
- Support project managers in maintaining accurate documentation of project progress and challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Prepare reports detailing project status, metrics, and outcomes.
- Assist in capturing and maintaining Data Books and O&M project deliverables.
- Maintain quality control from field activities.
