Job Description
The Salesfloor Associate / Small Engine Mechanic is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting daily retail operations within the lumber store, while also providing technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of small engines.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales, preferably within the lumber and building materials industry.
- Hands-on experience with small engine repair and maintenance is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair small engine equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
