Shop Manager (vikariat) - Tanneforsgatan Linköping

As Rituals' new store manager, you are responsible for the customer experience and sales goals of the store. This involves close cooperation with the Area Manager to drive store sales, set up KPIs, and achieve success in your store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a store manager in retail or customer service
• Knowledge of leadership (e.g., communication and coaching, and developing others)
• The ability to be solution-oriented and make decisions
• Cooperative, attentive, and communicative
• Good system and data knowledge
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English
