Assists the Sous Chef to manage the kitchen operations and staff daily to ensure a consistent, high quality food product. Assists in training kitchen associates, managing purchasing and receiving, and maintaining food storage standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Culinary Education with Red Seal or equivalent training/experience
- Experience in handling a diverse group of associates
- Excellent culinary skills
- Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
