Riverdale Country School is seeking a Head of Hill Campus Maintenance to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations on the Hill Campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and efficient functioning of all mechanical systems and building infrastructure.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's degree or higher may substitute for up to three years of experience.
- Minimum of eight years of experience in a skilled trade or maintenance role, with at least three years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems maintenance.
- Working knowledge of NYC building codes and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using computerized work-order and maintenance systems.
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to use or learn word processing and spreadsheet software.
