Senior Consultant - Strategy & Transformation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of digital and technology consulting, and expertise in guiding transformations.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with a focus on digital and/or tech transformation.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings.
• Proven ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional value and driving impactful outcomes.
• Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts.
• Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum), Dutch is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
