As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will strengthen Riverside’s talent infrastructure by managing core systems and driving operational excellence across recruiting and talent programs.
Requirements
- Must-Have Qualifications: Strong knowledge of ATS, Performance & Compensation Tools, Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI tools, with demonstrated ability or interest in leveraging them to improve talent processes and efficiency.
- Training facilitation and communication skills, Advanced Excel and BI skills for dashboard creation, Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail, Project management and stakeholder coordination experience.
