Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Food Science, Business Operations, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience)
• 5+ years of experience within a Manufacturing environment preferred, with a good understanding of manufacturing processes, regulations regarding safety, quality and GMPs.
• Excellent team building and management skills, with the ability to lead and coach teams to achieve performance in quality, cost, and company service metrics.
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and adaptability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude
• Demonstrates humility on a day-to-day basis
