Level 1 Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and help us enrich the lives of our residents and team members. We are seeking a qualified Level 1 Maintenance Technician for our Riverview Mobile Home Park.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in general labor including groundskeeping, landscaping, property management maintenance
• Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable with working outside in all weather conditions
• Willingness to use technology/learn technology in a basic capacity
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle (drive to different locations on the property) with a valid driver’s license
