Property Manager

Riverstone Communities is seeking a qualified bilingual Property Manager to manage their two communities in Greenville, South Carolina. The role involves providing excellent resident and community service, maintaining property standards, and ensuring operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improvement and a proven track record in property management.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish (strongly preferred)
• 3+ years of customer service experience
• 3+ years of team management experience
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
• Ability to be very active
• Computer proficiency (internet, Google, Microsoft)
• Ability to take initiative
