Requirements

• Age requirement: at least 21 years old
• Education: high school certificate or higher
• Customer service experience: at least one year in hospitality or a customer-facing role
• Height & Reach: at least 160 cm tall with an arm reach of 212 cm
• Language: fluent English and welcome skills in all other languages
• Swimming skills: confident swimmer and able to use flotation devices
• Professional appearance: no visible tattoos or piercings in uniform
