Job Description
RK Company is seeking a Production Manager to lead the transformation of customer projects into streamlined and efficient manufacturing operations. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of production, driving safety, quality, and cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive manufacturing experience, a strong Lean principles foundation, and a results-driven mindset, and has a clear path for development.
Requirements
- Provide overall management for an assigned project, including achieving performance metrics.
- Drive the application of Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts to achieve measurable improvements.
- Develop and execute project strategy, production schedules, and resource plans.
- Lead, mentor, and grow production team members.
- Monitor and report on key operational KPIs.
- Oversee assigned manufacturing personnel.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement.
