Production Supervisor - Installer

The Production Supervisor - Installer role offers the opportunity to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced Lean Manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical part in ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Provide overall supervision for assigned project processes
• Drive the application of Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts
• Train, mentor, and grow production team members
• Supervise manufacturing personnel
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Identify opportunities for process efficiency and waste reduction
• Accountable for the supervision of assigned project processes
• Coordinate with the Production Manager
• Participate in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes
