Job Description
RK Industries is seeking a Recruiter to build and grow relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. The Recruiter will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting support, developing strong business relationships, and executing strategic employment marketing initiatives. This is a role focused on talent acquisition and partnership building within the field.
Requirements
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with business operators, HR operations staff and educational/community partners.
- Serves as a local resource to candidates and provides support to walk-in, electronic and telephone candidates.
- Manages and organizes a high-volume work load while multitasking.
