Implementation Coach (Oil & Gas, Manufacturing)

We are seeking an Implementation Coach to facilitate team discussions and provide guidance and support to all organizational levels. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, and manufacturing industries, as well as in capital projects, reliability, maintenance, and turnarounds.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in coaching, consulting, or project management
• Proven experience leading teams in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, refining, manufacturing, or related fields
• Familiarity with specialized areas such as reliability, maintenance, or capital projects
• A Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is an asset)
• Mobility to do weekly commutes or rotations, and willingness to relocate as needed
• Strong data analytics skills, including proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
