Job Description
RMA Group is seeking an Assistant Manager - Group Accounting & Consolidation to drive group consolidation and financial reporting in a dynamic, multi-national environment. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely consolidated financial statements, reviewing and verifying subsidiaries' financial data, and coordinating with overseas entities. The position offers strong exposure to complex group reporting, audits, and strategic finance projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in an audit firm
- At least 2 years of experience in a corporate consolidation team
- Strong knowledge of TFRS and IFRS, including consolidation technical expertise
- Experience working in a multinational environment or with overseas finance teams
- Advanced Excel skills with a focus on process automation and efficiency
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Solid knowledge of TFRS for Publicly Accountable Entities (PAE)
