Job Description
Perseus is a start-up that uses proprietary resin chemistry for on-site manufacturing of oversize high-performance FRPs for buildings, bridges, wind turbines, and other applications in infrastructure and energy. As a Mechanical engineering intern/co-op, you’ll work closely with engineers and designers to bring ideas to life, test new processes, and help shape the future of our products.
Requirements
- Assemble machines, jigs, and fixtures for experimental setups according to engineering specs
- Maintain, improve, and operate 3-d printers and other tooling including molds
- Assist in testing and troubleshooting machinery subsystems
- Assist in material testing and data collection for experimental trials
- Assist in shop organization, tool storage, etc.
