Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles, theories, and methodologies aligned with adult learning and modern training practices.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other technologies used in legal training and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
