Payroll Specialist

Join Our Team as a Payroll Specialist/Controller at Robeco. The Payroll team ensures accurate and efficient payroll processes for colleagues in multiple countries, acting as the link between global payroll provider, local accounting teams, and HR Business Partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Dutch and/or international payroll experience
• Higher educational level (HBO) or equivalent
• Experience with external payroll providers or ADP Celergo (a plus)
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Flexible, innovative, and a true team player who takes ownership
