Job Description
Roblox is seeking a Data Scientist in the People Analytics pod to solve complex challenges using data, applied statistics, and analytics engineering. This role involves developing and managing data products and automated workflows to support data-driven HR initiatives and impact internal operations. The Data Scientist will be part of a team focused on shaping the future of human interaction and connecting people around the world.
Requirements
- MBA / Master's degree / equivalent experience in Data Science Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.
- 4+ years of professional experience with SQL.
- 4+ years of statistical programming in R/Python and/or analytics engineering experience in Python.
- 4+ years of professional experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Looker, Hex, etc.).
