Job Description
Roblox is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their Developer Engagement Team. The role involves resolving creator escalations, managing communication with the developer community, and maintaining records of customer interactions. This position is a contractor within the UK/EU, offering the opportunity to contribute to the success of developers and the betterment of the Roblox community.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates endless patience and a positive attitude
- Capable of managing time effectively
- Solid knowledge of the technical aspects of Roblox Studio
- Experience developing on Roblox and/or other creation platforms
