Job Description
Roblox is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for Safety AI Systems to lead the development of innovative AI solutions to improve content and communication safety. This role involves overseeing machine learning systems, building large-scale models, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to balance user freedom with platform civility. The ideal candidate will be passionate about AI, a strong leader, and committed to building a safe and inclusive experience for Roblox users.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Proven track record of designing, developing, and launching ML models from scratch into production.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with large language models or other foundation model technologies.
- Expertise in solving complex ML, data pipeline, and infrastructure challenges.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and collaborate cross-functionally.
